Last week, asset manager 21Shares filed an amendment for its Dogecoin ETFs, which it had filed in April.

This comes only weeks after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) acknowledged the filing, thereby commencing the review.

Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas observed in an X post that the amended filing is interesting because it follows SEC comments.

312,375,048 DOGE land on Coinbase

On-chain data showed that a total of 312,375,048 Dogecoin (DOGE) have been credited to Coinbase in three transactions, sparking speculation of whale activity.

Within the last 24 hours, Whale Alert reported three transactions of "104,125,015 DOGE (approx. $20,090,304) transferred from an unknown wallet to Coinbase."

The transfers, amounting to 312,375,048 DOGE, arrived at the prominent U.S.-based exchange within less than an hour, catching the market's attention.

The identity of the wallet(s) involved and the reason for the moves remain unknown; however, holders typically move coins to exchanges when preparing for a sale. The move might also be a mere fund reshuffling common with whales or large holders.

At the time of writing, DOGE was seeing slight losses, continuing the weekend's sell-off. Dogecoin is down 0.28% in the last 24 hours to $0.188, marking four days of drops since May 27.
