Cryptocurrency markets have seen some interesting moves in recent times, with several coins showing potential for significant gains. Among the coins that could be poised for a substantial rally is Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE), which is the subject of a recent analysis by Dima Potts, also known as ÐOGECAPITAL on X (formerly Twitter).

Potts, who is known for his technical analysis skills, shared a striking ten-year weekly chart of Dogecoin, suggesting that the meme coin could peak at a triple-digit price point in the late stage of the current cycle.

"DOGE $10+ DOGECOIN?!," Potts teased in the post, setting an audacious tone for what is otherwise a meticulously constructed piece of cycle analysis.

The chart is built around a two-point regression channel whose lower band started at Dogecoin's 2015-2016 base around $0.0001 and is now at around $0.12. The upper band, which has acted as resistance in every previous mania phase, is currently at roughly $69.42 by late 2025, the level where Potts marks the next speculative blow-off.

Within that corridor, the price action forms three successive rounded bottoms, each capped by a descending yellow resistance line and supported by a red basing arc. The geometry alone suggests increasing compression; the present triangle apex, at $0.17, is almost exactly where DOGE has been consolidating for months.

The engine driving the forecast is a proprietary dual-wave oscillator depicted as a thicker turquoise wave and a swifter yellow counterpart.

"Cycle tops have historically printed in two ways: an early top when the yellow wave dips below the green, and a late top when the yellow wave plunges below the horizontal red line at -0.00013," explains Potts.

Vertical purple bars mark every such event on the price chart. According to his archival reconstruction, the oscillator signaled a late top in February 2014, detected twin peaks in the 2017-2018 bull run, and signaled only an early top in May 2021 when DOGE reached its record high of $0.739.

The early-cycle signal appeared on March 6 this year, leaving an anticipated late-cycle breach still pending.

"If this pattern holds, a cycle top is likely around the week of October 27th," notes Potts, highlighting that moment with a final purple bar and a white arrow labelled "LATE TOP."

That date coincides with the oscillator's predicted descent below the red threshold (-0.00013) and with the upper channel, which will then be at around $60-70. However, Potts anchors expectations further by highlighting $10 as a psychologically significant milestone—the first round number one logarithmic order higher than the 2021 peak.

Historical symmetry reinforces the prediction. In both earlier cycles, Dogecoin's breakout of the yellow down-sloping lid sparked vertical rallies that continued until they reached the upper white boundary. The geometry suggests a similar stair-step pattern may be unfolding now: a weekly candle close above the current yellow resistance, now at around $0.20, would enable a decisive push towards the upper band.

"Each cycle has touched the upper white curved trendline," observes Potts, highlighting the channel's remarkable predictive persistence.

Whether the meme coin can sustain its parabolic history will depend on external factors—Bitcoin's own halving cadence, global liquidity trends, and social-media-driven hype—but the oscillator's track record is spotless.

As Potts notes, "This indicator has accurately identified all cycle tops for DOGECOIN."
