As of 12:00 AM KST on August 24, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 159.09 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, down 1.29% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 158.69 million KRW, resulting in a price gap of 400,000 KRW and a Kimchi Premium of 0.25%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, showed a Kimchi Premium of 0.17%. Other major altcoins also displayed modest premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.16%, XRP (XRP) at 0.13%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.11%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 0.14%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 0.1% range.
