Why I'm Still Not Buying This BTC Rally

BTC closed red again and the bear flag is still intact. RSI pushed up slightly but this is most likely a lower high forming before the next leg down. No real volume, no confirmation of a reversal - just noise. The most probable path from here is a drop below support, a dead cat bounce, and then a lower low before RSI finally reaches oversold territory. Patient bears win this one. ETH flipped the script from strong bearish with three TBO close longs on the Monday-Tuesday candles. RSI pushed up from oversold on March 16 and is now building higher highs and higher lows on the 4H. Still expect a final overbought push before the last flush - the macro trend has not changed. DXY is holding an uncomfortable level of support and developing what looks like a bull flag on the daily, which would be very bad for risk assets. S&P futures closed red and are rolling over. Nikkei snapped back 6.8% wick to wick on Tuesday but the macro daily is still bullish - the cloud says prepare for chop, and a confirmed open short this week points to struggles ahead. Shanghai is dead cat bouncing after Monday's support tag, targeting gap fill at current levels. Oil finally showing signs of pivot with a TBT bearish divergence calling the high near $114 and now piercing the daily cloud. RSI broke below its previous pivot at 45.94 and UK oil is at the edge of the cloud. Energy crisis headlines from the Philippines and Australia are putting pressure on prices as the geopolitical situation with Iran stays unresolved. Gold is catching a bid as oil rolls over - daily RSI reset is in progress and if it closes above 25, that is your buy the dip signal. Wait for the close. On the picks: HBAR has three TBO close shorts building - early bullish reversal signal but still strong bearish below the daily cloud with flat OBV. Historical TBO resistance about 12% above current price is the ceiling to watch. CHZ is testing contention for a third day - needs to hold to confirm the level. ICP printed two TBT bullish divergence clusters on Tuesday and Wednesday morning - rare back-to-back confirmation - but the 4H slow line is still pointing down. PIPPIN's RSI is setting higher lows but this is still a meme coin and likely has more downside. HYPE pushed up 8% Tuesday back above the short-term support fan but this looks like a lower high forming - the same setup we saw with PIPPIN before the 91% drop. QNT rejecting resistance again, macro weak. MORPHO heading back to the fast line but lacking conviction. SOL fighting with previously lost support - classic short setup if the expected pullback arrives. XLM at the 382 fib and already overbought - this is the pivot high. TAO getting shilled on the All-In podcast and pumping but RSI is setting a lower high at a higher price - that combination ends badly. FET back above the cloud with RSI building upward momentum, wait for the pullback and set your entries.
