It's location is in a place that has the Merry-Go-Round music. You'll know what I mean when you get close (the music is much different from the standard music of this course). | From the start of this course, turn around to see a shack. Enter this building then ride the elevator down. Navigate through the water hallway to enter a door. You will start to hear the Merry-Go-Round music. You'll eventually will find another door that leads inside the Merry-Go-Round. | Similar to Power Star 1, you have to defeat 5 Boos for Big Boo to appear. Difference is you don't have to go searching the whole mansion to find those Boos. They all appear out of the Boo portraits. Watch out for the flamethrower that comes out from one of the portraits in this room. You should know how to defeat Boos by now with what I said for Power Star 1. | Just so you know, there is 2 other ways that leads to the area near the Merry-Go-Round room and they are in the mansion.
