The Festival of Birth continues in the city of Emon, but the party's work is never done! After officially establishing their new Bastion, the Third Eye Apothecary, the party took to the streets to enjoy Abdar's Promenade and the festivities. Following an epic shopping spree—which included haggling for Flail Snail shells, Unicorn horns, and fine Kraghammer jewelry—Bludgeon stepped into the Central District fight pits. Against ten-to-one odds, he delivered a crushing, jaw-dislocating blow to the massive orc Steelcap, winning the party a massive 14,000 gold piece payout! But the victory brought more than just coin. Fueled by Fey Wine and adrenaline, Bludgeon had a profound epiphany: he isn't a millennia-old warrior from the Calamity. Instead, the ancient sketch of the guard captain who fought alongside the legendary Three Fates is likely his familial ancestor! In this session: With their pockets full of gold and the festival in full swing, what is the party's next move? Bludgeon sets his sights on researching Vasselheim's ancient lineages to uncover the truth of his bloodline. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking to help the planeswalker Riel recharge his depleted travel gem—a task that requires the party to somehow get to the captive red dragon wyrmling currently held by Lyra's mentor, Davarek.
