In our second interaction, a customer returns two weeks after receiving an offer on a yellow gold ring. Despite gold prices dropping, we honored his previous highest offer with a twist—a coin flip. He accepted the challenge, and this time luck was on our side. In the final scene, Mr. Miller visits us with a silver half dollar that we happily purchase at full value, but the real highlight is the fascinating story he shares and the unique goal he's trying to accomplish.
