The current trend of Bitcoin (Bitcoin) has entered an obvious short trend structure. After the price fell below US$58,000, it set a new low in the past two years. Market sentiment has entered an extreme panic range (panic index 17–18). From a technical point of view, the daily line has a cross star consolidation structure, but it is a "hesitation signal in a weak shock", and the overall trend is still bearish. The key support level has moved down to the $55,000 area. The weekly level has shown continuous negative line suppression, and the monthly line has formed a substantial negative line, confirming that the mid-term trend is weakening. At the same time, Bitcoin spot ETFs experienced net outflows for nine consecutive trading days, with a cumulative capital outflow of approximately US$2.4 billion, exacerbating market liquidity pressure. At the macro level, the Federal Reserve (FOMC) continues to release hawkish interest rate expectations, strengthening the tightening environment and suppressing risk assets.
