Bitcoin Shows 2.14% Kimchi Premium in Korean Market on September 24

As of 12:00 AM KST on September 24, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 160.20 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, down 0.33% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 156.84 million KRW, resulting in a price gap of 3.36 million KRW and a Kimchi Premium of 2.14%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, also recorded a Kimchi Premium of 2.14%. Other major altcoins showed similar levels: Solana (SOL) at 2.06%, XRP (XRP) at 2.08%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.99%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 2.67%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 1.9% to 2.6% range.
