Bitcoin Shows 2.46% Kimchi Premium in Korean Market on November 9

As of 12:00 AM KST on November 9, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 151.91 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, down 1.26% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 148.26 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 3.65 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 2.46%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 2.49%. Other major altcoins also showed similar premiums: Solana (SOL) at 2.50%, XRP (XRP) at 2.56%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 2.35%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 2.78%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 2.3% to 2.7% range.
