Bitcoin Shows 2.08% Kimchi Premium in Korean Market on September 29

As of 12:00 AM KST on September 29, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 158.09 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, up 0.12% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 154.87 million KRW, resulting in a price gap of 3.22 million KRW and a Kimchi Premium of 2.08%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a Kimchi Premium of 2.17%. Other major altcoins also showed significant premiums: Solana (SOL) at 2.04%, XRP (XRP) at 1.97%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 2.16%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 1.87%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium ranging between 1.8% and 2.1%.
