Bitcoin Kimchi Premium at 1.38%; Ethereum, Altcoins Also Show 1.4% Range

Upbit's Bitcoin Premium Reaches 1.38% Over Binance (May 1st)

As of 12:00 AM KST on May 1st, Bitcoin (BTC) traded at 135.49 million KRW on Upbit, a 0.60% decrease from the previous day. Binance listed BTC at 133.65 million KRW, creating a price difference of 1.84 million KRW and a 1.38% Kimchi Premium on Upbit.

Ethereum (ETH) also exhibited a Kimchi Premium of 1.42%. This premium was similarly observed across other major altcoins, including Solana (SOL) at 1.44%, Ripple (XRP) at 1.45%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.45%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 1.47%.
