Bitcoin Records 0.43% Kimchi Premium on August 25

As of 12:00 AM KST on August 25, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 159.16 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, down 0.34% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 158.47 million KRW, resulting in a price gap of 690,000 KRW and a Kimchi Premium of 0.43%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, showed a Kimchi Premium of 0.27%. Other major altcoins also displayed notable premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.37%, XRP (XRP) at 0.34%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.35%, and NEO (NEO) at 0.47%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with premiums ranging between 0.2% and 0.4%.
