Cryptocurrency Prices on June 17, 2025 (IT Times)

The cryptocurrency market exhibited a mixed performance on June 17th, with some leading digital assets experiencing gains while others saw declines.

According to data from CoinMarketCap, as of 2:00 pm KST, Bitcoin (BTC) edged up by 0.95% to reach $107,357.12. Ethereum (ETH) also saw a positive movement, increasing by 0.64% to $2,592.82. XRP (XRP) demonstrated a stronger surge, climbing by 3.07% to $2.24.

However, not all cryptocurrencies fared as well. Dogecoin (DOGE) experienced a decrease of 1.46%, settling at $0.1743. Solana (SOL) also dipped, falling by 2.41% to $153.07. Avalanche (AVAX) saw a slight decline of 0.69%, reaching $19.26. Shiba Inu (SHIB) decreased by 1.48% to $0.00001195. Aptos (APT) bucked the trend with a rise of 2.11% to $4.67, while Pi (PI) experienced a more significant drop of 3.99% to $0.5774.

Top Crypto Gainers & Losers (Data: CoinMarketCap)

Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies, Pendle (PENDLE) emerged as the strongest performer over the past 24 hours, posting a gain of 7.30%. Conversely, Fartcoin (FARTCOIN) experienced the most substantial decline, dropping by 8.11%.

Other altcoins of note included Quai Network (QUAI), which saw a significant increase of 27.39% to $0.07082, and Aleo (ALEO), which rose slightly by 0.03% to $0.1931.
