Kimchi Premium Elevates Major Altcoins, Reaching 1.93% for XRP and SHIB

At 12:40 AM KST on May 3rd, Bitcoin (BTC) traded at ₩138.72 million on South Korea's Upbit exchange, a 0.31% decrease from the previous day. Binance listed BTC at ₩136.22 million, creating a price gap of ₩2.5 million and a Kimchi Premium of 1.84%.

Ethereum (ETH) exhibited a Kimchi Premium of 1.88%. Other prominent altcoins also displayed significant premiums: Solana (SOL) at 1.73%, XRP at 1.93%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.88%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 1.93%.
