According to analyst Trader Tardigrade, DOGE is forming a rare “Diamond Bottom” pattern on the 1-day chart — a bullish setup that often leads to major rallies. If this breakout plays out, he predicts a surge to $0.35.

Trader Tardigrade notes that the Price Momentum Oscillator (PMO) and RSI are both in overbought territory, suggesting strong strength in the token despite recent corrections.

“Both PMO and RSI are in overbought territory, but they are not yet showing signs of divergence with price, which could be a bearish signal. However, if we see divergence in these oscillators, it could indicate that the rally is losing steam.”

However, the PMO has just crossed into positive territory, which is a bullish development. Additionally, the 50-day moving average is providing support for DOGE, and if it manages to break above the 200-day moving average, it could be a significant development.

As seen in the chart above, Kamran Ashgar, a trader and analyst at Bitcoin Code, believes that Dogecoin is setting up for a breakout that could spark another memecoin frenzy. According to him, DOGE is showing signs of a bullish flag pattern, which is a continuation pattern that occurs after a rally.

“If this pattern plays out, we could see a move of around 3 x the flagpole, which would take Dogecoin to $0.21,” Ashgar said.

According to him, the lower boundary of the flag is providing support for the token, and a break above the upper boundary of the flag could trigger a rally to $0.26.

“We are also seeing good volume in DOGE, which is another bullish sign.
