With the project almost finished, there’s just one big task left — getting the top sealed in. That means it’s time for Jay to do his least favorite thing… climb up on the extension ladder and get to work over 10 feet in the air. Every piece up there matters. From installing the final wood pieces to securing the plastic across the top, everything has to be done from the ladder — and it’s definitely not easy. We waited as long as we could for better conditions, and finally got a short window with the ground cleared… but of course, more snow is already on the way. ❄️ Once this part is finished, we’re so close to being done. Just a few final touches left — sealing up the ends, adding ventilation, and it’ll finally be ready to use. This project has been a long one, with plenty of challenges along the way, but we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Before long, we’ll be growing plants and vegetables and putting it all to use.
