The city, which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, boasts large beaches beaten by the strong east wind. These strong winds coming from the Atlantic attract surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts. Tarifa is the last city in Spain before Morocco and in fact we see, in our tour, that it already has some features in common with North Africa.
