In this adventure, I head out to a beautiful, crisp riverbank to set up a cozy winter basecamp. With the temperature sitting at a chilly -4°C, getting the green tipi hot tent and the wood-burning stove set up was a top priority. Once the camp was dialed in and the stove was roaring, I built a rustic river stone fire pit for the main event: an epic, sizzling feast on the cast-iron Korean griddle. We are talking perfectly browned sausage, potatoes, and onions cooked right over the open fire, paired with a cold stout.
