Today, Mr. Operator took another step towards improving Ahmad and Farida’s life by providing more blocks. Ahmad carefully started building a space behind the tent; a small but functional space where they arranged their belongings after finishing the work. This area now resembles a small kitchen and can also be used as a storage room for firewood and other necessary items in the future. Then, Farida started preparing the food and Ahmad went to their small, lush garden and picked fresh vegetables for the table. As always, after hours of effort, they sat together and ate their simple but loving and hopeful meal.
