Welcome back to Hi, My Name Is Brie! If you’re anything like me, then summer break comes with some long days and the kids looking to me to keep them entertained. So today I thought we could do something fun for everyone outside in the garden: plant native, pollinator-friendly flowers together! 🌼🐝 We picked out our favorite pollinators to help bring more butterflies and bees back to our yard. I noticed we'd had way fewer this summer, and I wanted to do something about it. My kids helped dig, plant, and even shared their own thoughts on why flowers make them happy (unscripted, I promise). If you're dealing with bored kids this summer, I highly recommend a trip to your local nursery.
