In search of hope… ❤️🏔️ Today may be one of the most amazing days in Sepideh and Maryam’s lives; the day when, after years of tears, homelessness, and despair, a great light suddenly shines in the darkness of their lives. Unbelievable! 😢❤️ In the most remote part of the mountain, where three homeless women have been through difficult times, something is happening today that could change the course of their lives forever. Zeinab, a pregnant and brave woman, has a big secret in her heart; a secret that Sepideh and Maryam do not know about. Zeinab’s smile today is different from the previous days. It is as if something has been illuminated in her heart; something like hope, love, and great news. Zeinab says to Sepideh and Maryam with a sweet smile: “Today I want to surprise you… Today is the day of hope.” Sepideh and Maryam look at her in bewilderment. They do not know what this pregnant woman is going to bring back to the mountain. But Zainab has decided not to just return empty-handed; she wants to bring Hope home. Despite her pregnancy, fatigue, and the hardships of the journey, Zainab heads to the city. Her destination is to buy materials to build the same small hut that has been unfinished and abandoned for years; a hut that can once again mean “home” to Sepideh and Maryam. Cement… bricks… plaster… Each piece of these materials for Zainab means getting one step closer to a dream. 🧱❤️ She works hard in the workshop and prepares the materials. It may be just a few bags of cement and a few bricks for others, but for these three women, these are pieces of a new future. Despite her pregnancy, Zainab does not give up. She endures the fatigue, but she does not give up her hope. And finally… The truck heads towards the mountains. When Zainab returns, Maryam smiles when she sees the materials; A smile that had not been seen on her face for a long time. But Sepideh… Sepideh can’t hold back her tears. 😭❤️ Her tears are not from pain; they are from happiness. After years of homelessness, she sees something like the future in front of her eyes again. Zeinab lovingly wipes Sepideh’s tears and gives her hope. This may be just the beginning of building a hut; but for Sepideh, Maryam, and Zeinab, it means rebuilding a life. And behind this great hope, help has arrived from the other side of the world; help from America to build a small shelter in the heart of a remote mountain. Sometimes a small help can be the greatest miracle of life for a person. Today, not just a hut is being built in this mountain… Today, hope is being built. Today, love is being built. Today, the future is being built.
