  • Necrus by Destriv (Easy Demon) | Geometry Dash 2.2
    This one was recently added to the gauntlets. The Acid Gauntlet to be exact. I would say this is easily the weakest in the Acid Gauntlet for a few reasons. Problem number one, the level is immutably slow and doesn’t want to energize itself with the music. Problem number two, the last robot and cube can be quite frustrating due to how small the platforms are, and having such little space you can grasp. And problem number three, the level does not sync, like at all. I don’t see any instances of clicks lining up with the rhythm or anything like that. Absolute Garbage had gameplay that felt so alive due to how well synced it was, really paying respect to the song. This gameplay feels dead. Like it just doesn’t want to do anything interesting, it’s just there. Oh yeah, and dumb coins as well. Except the first, that coin is interesting at least. But the second is annoying to get, and the third is the dumbest one of them all. You could just skip the top gameplay by clicking a blue orb really late and just following the normal route. This coin sucks, I don’t like it. Granted, it’s not the worst thing in the world, it doesn’t flow horribly and I like that it has indicators, but it’s just boring. It’s somewhat interesting when you have this smasher gimmick and you have to feel the timing of the platforms, but that’s about it. This gameplay is just overall very subpar. And I think this may be a strong contender for weakest gameplay in a gauntlet from 2.2. I would say that Perpetual Motion has the same case as well. The only reason it’s included in cool non demons is because it’s with the whole package. Otherwise, wow, that level’s gameplay is not good. But back to this one, I really like the visuals at least. The pixel blocks and layering look really good, I like the title screen a lot, the green tinted windows that show a city full of toxic gas are insanely cool, the lighting is fantastic, the technology is so detailed and excellent to look at, I love how you splash through acid falls and you feel the acid on you, great acid usage, and I would say the shaders are pretty tasteful and work really well. Other than the cool visuals, I can’t really say I’m a fan of this one. It needs a lot more work done to be interesting. That said, as much as I didn’t like Necrus that much, I really like the Acid Gauntlet. Savage Sewer wasn’t great, but it had some solid potential with the good sync and the deco is well executed. I never quite got the hate for Sewer Showdown, I thought that one was great. Not perfect, but had some really good sync that makes it way better than a lot of players say it is. SOREVILLE and Absolute Garbage are the real bangers. They have such gorgeous visuals with SOREVILLE nailing the cartoony aesthetic so well, and Absolute Garbage having some of the best movements, artwork, colors, and theming I’ve ever seen.     The complaint that sparks Luke 15 is as sharp as it is revealing: “This man receives sinners and eats with them.” We slow down and sit in that moment, because it exposes two kinds of hearts in the room. The tax collectors and the publicly broken are drawing near to Jesus, while the religious experts are grumbling that grace is being handed to the wrong people. From there, we follow Jesus as he answers not with an argument, but with stories designed to reshape what we believe God is like. We connect Luke 15 to Ezekiel 34, where God condemns leaders who act like wolves instead of shepherds and promises to rescue his scattered sheep himself. That backdrop makes the parables hit harder: the shepherd who leaves ninety-nine to pursue one lost sheep “until he finds it,” and the woman who lights a lamp and sweeps her home until one lost coin is recovered. The searching is relentless, the rescue is personal, and the tone is unmistakable: God is not embarrassed by lost people, and he is not passive about bringing them home. Then comes the detail we tend to miss: the parties. Jesus says heaven erupts with joy over one sinner who repents, even when the moment on earth is quiet. We talk about why “extravagant grace” can look unreasonable, why no one is a lost cause in the kingdom of God, and how this changes the way a church treats the very people many would rather avoid.   • Bricked Save File - Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
    WARNING: Replicating this glitch will render your save file unusable unless you have created an earlier save state to revert to beforehand. The most dangerous Sparks of Hope glitch has been discovered. Following the steps in this video will cause the save file to open to a black screen whenever you load it. Only the overworld music will play. Activating a different save state from the main menu will deactivate the glitch, but your save file will be bricked if you have no save files to revert to. There may be more places to activate this glitch besides the method shown in the video. To understand how this glitch is possible, it is necessary to understand how the game saves. There is a discrepancy between when the game saves and when the game saves the last heroes' position, which I call the "warp point". It is possible for the game to set heroes back to a previous location after making other kinds of progress. I have utilized this mechanic in previous videos to access overworld locations earlier than intended. I travel to the other side of the map without using warps or fast travel. I grab the closest penguin and trigger the Red Coin Challenge. In order for the glitch to activate, the Red Coin Challenge must be completed right before throwing the penguin onto the ship. Waiting until after the Red Coin Challenge camera pan plays out will not work. Throwing the penguin onto the ship too early will not save the game during the cutscene. Additionally, you will not be able to skip the cutscene. You will know you got the right timing when the save icon appears as the cutscene begins. Before the cutscene ends, you will exit out of the game with the Home button. If everything is done correctly, the save file will load to a black screen. The warp point must be set far away from where the cutscene was triggered. Nearby warp points will play the cutscene normally. I did not test this exhaustively, but some examples of nearby warp points are the spaceship and the cave entrance initially blocked by Freeze In Your Tracks. Summary Of Steps: 1. Exit the library through the doors. (The checkpoint in front of the library, Green Pipe, and nearby Flamin' Stooge battles should also work with this step.) 2. Navigate to the other side of the map without using warps or fast travel. 3. Grab the penguin from the tree. 4. Start the Red Coin Challenge. At the end, throw the penguin right after collecting the final red coin. 5. Notice the save indicator appearing as the cutscene begins. If it is there, exit out through the Home Menu before the cutscene ends. The save file will be unusable without a previous save state at this point.
