Phone validation and LGPD This is the most sensitive step in the flow and deserves special attention. Why is there validation via WhatsApp? It fulfills three simultaneous functions: guarantees that the number belongs to the patient, records active consent for receipt and creates an auditable event for LGPD and ONA purposes. How it works in practice: after confirming the phone number (minimum 10 digits + prefix +55), the "Send token" button is enabled. The system sends a link via WhatsApp with a limited time. The patient clicks on the link and validation occurs automatically — the system updates via SSE (real-time event) and releases the "Open PEP" button. Golden rule: there is no shortcut. Validated CPF + confirmed phone number = the only condition to open the PEP. Prescription and signature With the PEP open in a new tab, the system displays the RecipeManager (exclusive Mevo mode). The doctor selects the type of document: medical prescription, certificate or test request. When filling, Mevo integration offers intelligent search for medicines with standardization of nomenclature. Good practices to reinforce: avoid free text whenever possible, review dosage before signing, and never share links manually with the patient. The digital signature (ICP-Brasil or Mevo validation) generates an integrity hash linked to the professional. The document cannot be changed after signing — this guarantees legal validity and is what the CFM requires. Shipping and traceability After signing, the system automatically sends it to the patient via WhatsApp (main), SMS (fallback) or email. The link sent has limited validity and a unique token — it should never be passed on manually. The system records the entire cycle: who prescribed, when, to whom, phone validation, signature and delivery. This complete traceability is what underpins ONA and CFM compliance. Errors or contradictions: * Patient enters wrong number - correct and resend * Link expires during service - resend after counter * Patient cannot click - add to contacts Closing checklist (5 min) * Correct patient selected * Telephone number validated via WhatsApp * Revised prescription (dosage, nomenclature) * Signature completed * Shipping confirmed by the system
